4. Trainer

Promotion Requirements

Completion of Trainer Certification

  • Strong communication and patience

Responsibilities

  •  Train new hires during onboarding

  • Demonstrate company cleaning standards

  • Provide feedback and coaching

  • Ensure trainees understand expectations and procedures

5. Quality Inspector

Promotion Requirements

Completion of Quality Inspector Training

  • Strong attention to detail and organization

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections

  • Document findings in company systems

  • Provide feedback to management

  • Assist with retraining and quality improvement

  • Support training sessions when needed

6. Assisant Manager

Promotion Requirements

  • Completion of Assistant Manager Training

  • Strong operational understanding

Responsibilities

  • Support daily field and office operations

  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and administrative tasks

  • Communicate clearly with staff and customers

  • Address concerns using conflict-resolution skills

  • Support management goals and office performance

7. Manager
